Terms like "Joint Venture" and "Mergers and Acquisitions" don't typically come to mind when you think healthcare....well....times are changing:

2) Private Equity Firm Ceberus Capital Management now owns Steward Healthcare in Boston, turning it into a for-profit system that is now positioned to compete with big players such as Mass Gen, Brigham....http://www.commonwealthmagazine.org/News-and-Features/Features/2012/Summer/001-Cerberuss-health-care-play.aspx
Is this good for healthcare? I suppose time will tell.
